Park Bank Announces New Executive Leadership

MADISON, WI (October 2023) – Today Park Bank announced a change in executive leadership.
Effective immediately, Ken Lammersfeld has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Josh Marron has been named President and Chief Banking Officer (CBO).
Lammersfeld joined Park Bank as the Senior Vice President of Retail Banking in 2016 and was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO) in early 2022. Prior to joining Park Bank, Lammersfeld served in community banking in northeast Wisconsin for 38 years, including 15 of those years in executive leadership. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Overture Center Foundation, Destination Madison, and Responsive Solutions Inc.

Marron started at Park Bank as First Vice President, Business Banking in 2016, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Banking in 2018 and Executive Vice President, CBO in early 2022. As a recognized community banker for over 20 years, he has dedicated his time to working closely with individuals, businesses, and local organizations to support their business and financial needs. He also prioritizes community involvement by sitting on the Board of Directors for non-profit organizations within the Madison area, including Downtown Madison Inc. and YMCA of Dane County.

During their tenure as COO and CBO, the Bank has grown from $800 million to $1.4 billion in assets.
