As the President and Chief Banking Officer at Park Bank, Josh Marron is responsible for the bank's overall business development and has played an integral role in the bank's growth and success. During his tenure, the bank has grown from $750M in assets to $1.4B. Josh has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the banking industry. He currently oversees Business Banking, Treasury Services, Business Development, Community Engagement, Private Banking, Finance, and Credit Administration.

Josh's commitment to the Greater Madison community is evident through his service on various nonprofit boards, including the YMCA of Dane County and the Salvation Army of Dane County. Additionally, his ongoing community service extends to organizations such as 100 Men of Dane County, WBA Government Relations Committee, the Dane Workforce Housing Fund, and the Graduate School of Banking Alumni Council.

Josh earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Graduate School of Banking, an Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

With a degree in finance and more than 28 years of financial services and banking experience, Mike helps clients face challenges and seize opportunities in order to achieve the long-term goals they desire. With a broad background in lending, Mike has worked on company acquisitions, new market tax credits and complex real estate transactions. Having spent 20 years in the mortgage industry, Trent has seen just about everything. John grew up locally in Middleton, WI. He holds a Finance Degree from UW-Milwaukee and has a rich background in the commercial real estate sector. John's career journey includes impactful roles at prominent institutions such as M&I Bank, BMO, and Johnson Financial Group. With specialization in large investment real estate, John has also successfully handled complex transactions like Affordable housing tax credit projects and Bond issuances. His expertise extends to deal formation, acquisition, and capital sourcing at a CRE development firm in Milwaukee. A devoted member of NAIOP and CARW, John brings a unique perspective to the table, blending his extensive lending experience with a profound understanding of clients' development and investment goals.

Suzanne has over 19 years of banking experience and takes pride in working with her business clients from start to finish, with customized business banking solutions. Suzanne works to identify ways that she and her team can support businesses through improved efficiencies, cost-savings, or convenience. She is also passionate about giving back to the community and to the importance of supporting local business here in Dane County. Suzanne is a board member for Centro Hispano and the co-chair of United Way’s Women and Wealth committee.

Sarah brings over 15 years of extensive banking and lending experience to the Private Banking Team. A lifelong resident of Cross Plains, Judy Ketelboeter, Senior Vice President, Market Manager, has held many roles, in both consumer and commercial banking, during her 40 years in the industry. While she has seen lots of changes in banking, one thing that hasn’t changed is Judy’s commitment to her clients.

Pablo Sanchez joined Park Bank in 2000 and has been working in the banking industry for more than 28 years. While his years of experience include business banking, small business lending, and consumer banking, Pablo’s real expertise and passion lie in working with nonprofit organizations. His nonprofit clients appreciate the time he takes to get to know their organization and what they stand for. He uses his knowledge and experience to recommend a unique package that will ensure the organization can focus on their mission instead of their banking relationship. Pablo is also a member of Park Bank’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, a board member of the Overture Center Foundation, Madison Chamber of Commerce, UW Health, and serves on the Governor’s Financial Literacy Council.

As a former business owner with nearly 15 years in the banking industry, James has the ideal combination of experience and understanding of what it takes to run a successful business. Danessa Bishop has over 20 years of banking experience, where her focus has been on finding banking solutions to the financial needs facing the wide variety of clients she meets on a daily basis. Danessa forms strong, long-lasting relationships with each of her clients in order to help them achieve their financial goals. Danessa holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Panama, her home country. She was nominated for the 2018 Athena Young Professional Award for her work in our community while helping young women succeed professionally. She is also a board member for Friends of MSCR, a Community Advisor Council Member for the Overture Center, a fundraiser for United Way of Dane County and Community Shares of Wisconsin, a YWCA Circle of Women Leader Table Captain for Park Bank, and a member of Park Bank’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

While Tom has over 25 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree from UW-Platteville in Business Administration, he is best known for the level of service he provides his clients. He puts himself in his clients’ shoes and gets to know what they are trying to accomplish. Tom focuses on his clients’ best interest and finding the right products and services to help them succeed and grow their business. When he isn’t working hard to make his clients’ lives easier, he enjoys running, playing with his dog, baking, or volunteering at the Agrace Home Store on Stoughton Road.

Val focuses on developing meaningful relationships with our nonprofit and small business communities. She brings a wealth of experience in the nonprofit world having served on boards, committees, and staffs of area nonprofit organizations. Val supports a number of causes throughout our community: 100+ Women Who Care Madison Board, Middleton Endowment Board, Madison Professional Women for Good Founding Member, Middleton Chamber Ambassador, Downtown Madison Inc Inclusiveness Committee, TEMPO Madison Scholarship Committee, Ronald McDonald House Charities Development Committee, The River Food Pantry Community Engagement Committee. She also leads the Park Bank Connections/Volunteer committee. Al has been providing expert financial solutions to clients in Dane County and throughout Wisconsin since 1986. As a previous Middleton Optimist Club President, he is dedicated to giving back to his community and supporting young people. When he's not working, Al loves spending time outdoors fishing, camping, hunting, skiing, snowmobiling, cutting firewood, and taking his Boxer, Cassius, for long walks. Megan takes pride in her ability to gain a true understanding of what each client needs and wants in order to recommend solutions that will help them achieve their goals. She understands the importance of quick communication, collaboration, and being available when her clients and partners need her.  Mortgages can be complex and challenging, and her nearly 25 years of lending experience allow her to make closings seamless. She also takes pride in her commitment to the community. Megan has fostered more than a hundred dogs since 2015, is a board member for Extended Hands Food Pantry, a Member of The Women’s Collective of Dane County, a member of Middleton Chamber of Commerce, and a volunteer for various other organizations throughout the community, especially those benefiting children and women.  When she’s not working, you can catch her biking, hiking, skateboarding, paddleboarding or anything else that involves being outside with her family in our beautiful state.

Megan holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and she effortlessly combines her academic knowledge with practical experience, giving her a well-rounded approach to her role as a Portfolio Manager. Beyond her professional achievements, Megan is actively involved in community service. In 2023, she received an award for outstanding volunteerism, exemplifying her commitment to positive change. Additionally, Megan is a dedicated member of the LPGA board, advocating for greater accessibility and inclusivity in women’s golf.
